Randy is the President and founder
of Educational Compliance Management, (ECM). He started the firm in
1981, as a Financial Aid Consultant, providing training, administrative
and compliance services to a wide variety of Post-Secondary Institutions
of Higher Education. His current responsibilities include the overall
management of the company, external agency contact/problem resolution
and client development. |

Brian has been with ECM since 1998.
His current responsibilities include, Operational Efficiency, Strategic
Planning, Computer System Integrity, Financial Aid Compliance, Marketing
and Special Projects. |

Bob has been with ECM since 2007.
Bob came to ECM with over 15 years of financial aid experience. His
responsibilities include: client services, financial aid technical
assistance, auditing of financial aid files, and training of financial
aid staff. |

Tammy has been with ECM since 1987,
starting as an Administrative Assistant. She then advanced to Processing
Associate and then to her current position as Director of Operations
for the Service Bureau. Her responsibilities include the coordination
and management of all processing activities regarding Pell Grants,
Campus-Based Programs, State Grants and both the Stafford and Direct
Student Loan Programs |

KATHY
Position: Processing Associate |
| |
Jean joined ECM in 2005. She is
a Senior Consultant with over 25 years of financial aid experience.
Her responsibilities include: clients services, auditing of financial
aid files, training of financial aid staff, and the submission of
applications to update ECARs. |

Kathy has been with ECM since 1997.
She is responsible for processing activities concerning all student
financial aid programs, with a primary emphasis on Federal Direct
Student Loans. |

Claudia has been with ECM since
1999. Her responsibilities include: processing activities for the
Pell Grant and Federal Direct Student Loan programs, NSLDS processing,
and New York State TAP certification. |

Lorraine has been with ECM since
2003. Her responsibilities include: data input for general school
record keeping, processing activities for the Pell Grant and Federal
Direct Student Loan programs, and NSLDS processing. |

Tonia has been with ECM since 2004.
Her responsibilities include initiating Dept. of Education Internet
connections to receive and send data, application entry, ISIR production
and corrections and general clerical duties. |

Tara has been with ECM since 2008.
Her responsibilities include: data input for general school record
keeping, and processing activities for the Pell Grant and Federal
Direct Student Loan programs. |

Kelly has been with ECM since 2008.
Her responsibilities include: FAFSA Application entry, ISIR production
and corrections, and general clerical duties. |

Marty has been with ECM since 1982,
as head of the Data Processing Department. His responsibilities include
the maintenance and integrity of the company's computer systems and
data files. Marty is also involved in Systems Analysis and Programming
for all in-house, as well as external, proprietary software products. |
