Randy Rock – President & Chief Executive Officer
Randy is the President and Founder of ECM. He started the firm in 1981, as a Financial Aid Consultant, providing training, administrative, and compliance services to a wide range of post-secondary institutions of higher education. His current responsibilities include the overall management of the company, external agency contact/problem resolution and client development. Like all of our senior officers, Randy is only a phone call or email away from resolving any client’s problem or answering a question.
Colleen Russo – Chief Operating Officer
Colleen has over 30 years of financial aid administration and postsecondary school operations experience. She is a consummate business leader, with great strength in Organizational Design and Behaviors, Strategic Planning and Project Management. Her experience includes working for the United States Department of Education as an Institutional Review Specialist (Program Reviewer), for a public accounting firm that specialized in Title IV Compliance Audits and for various proprietary and traditional institutions. Colleen is well known for her delivery of presentations and training sessions. Colleen’s experience is vast and varied and has always proven to be a tremendous asset to client institutions.
Paul Pari – Vice President, Compliance & Training
Paul has been with ECM since 2001. He has over 30 years of hands-on school experience in proprietary institutions and colleges. His responsibilities at ECM include financial aid regulatory compliance, client services and technical assistance, review of financial aid files, and training of ECM and client financial aid staffs. Paul regularly conducts online and on-site Financial Aid Regulatory Workshops around the country to help ECM clients remain current with all new financial aid, accreditation and compliance regulations.
